                Pesticide Certification Exam - Wednesday, July 17, 2019 exam begins at 9:30 am

Cost:     

                Exam Prep Course, Core Exam, (1) Category Exam  -  $250.00

                Additional Category Exam (Each)  -  $50.00

               

What:

                The exam prep course will cover the core manual (Applying Pesticides Correctly) and Category 6 (Right of Way Pest Control) manual to prepare the participants to take the certification exam. A full day in the classroom will cover pesticide labels, environmental factors, knowledge of pesticides and pest, pesticide laws, pesticide equipment and application techniques, and safe pesticide use. Participants should read both study guides before attending the review session.  Exam study materials are NOT covered in the cost.  Manuals can be ordered in advance through the Clemson Department of Pesticide Regulations website:

By registering for this event, participants will be automatically registered to take the Core and Category Exams as designated on the registration form. The exams will be administered by the Department of Pesticide Regulation.  The exam consists of two parts:  a general knowledge “Core” exam and a Category 6 - Right of Way Pest Control exam.  Cell phones are not permitted in the exam session.  All participants must present a photo ID at the exam session.  A refund will not be granted once you have pre-registered for the exam.
